  1. My Halosys admin login password in not working on Halosys portal.

Please send email to support ( 247-halosyssupport@sonata-software.com) with screenshot.

  1. What is the client ID need to be entered?

Client id to be provided by Sonata. License for account need to be renewed after 1 year. Send mail to support for same.

  1. How to check logs for the selected user?

API logs are used to debug various service related issues, Eg. login, sync.

Crash log can be use if app is crashing. These can be downloaded from admin console.

Steps:

  1. Login to the App.
  2. Click on “OPERATIONS” tab.
  3. Click on “Logs” dropdown menu item.
  4. Click on “API” and “Crash” tabs.

  1. How to block the user from accessing the app?

Deactivate user can be used to block user. This will work only on subsequent login.

Steps:

  1. Login to the App.
  2. Click on “OPERATIONS” tab.
  3. Click on “Users” dropdown menu item.
  4. Click on “Deactivate” button next to the Username of the User to be blocked.

  1. How to send an app invite?

Steps:

  1. Login to the App.
  2. Click on “OPERATIONS” tab.
  3. Click on “Users” dropdown menu item.
  4. Create a User.

  1. Navigate to Published Apps > Invite Users:

  1. Select the New User and click on Invite Selected.

  1. What needs to be done if app is not logging in with my credentials?

1.Kill your app and try again.

2.Check your internet connection.

3.If app still doesn’t work, check operation/api logs for that user and send screenshot to Sonata Software.
